Datuk R. Ramanan says the National Unity Ministry will determine the direction of the Malaysian Indian Community Transformation Unit (Mitra) even though Batu MP P. Prabakaran has replaced him as Mitra Special Committee chairman.

The Deputy Minister of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Mar 12) in reply to Jelutong MP RSN Rayer's question regarding the extent of Prabakaran's role in Mitra.
