Batang Kali landslide: Site not listed as critical slope, says Minerals and Geoscience Dept

The Father's Organic Farm campsite slope, which saw a landslide on Dec 16, is not listed as a critical slope, says the Mineral and Geoscience Department (JMG).

In a statement Monday (Dec 26), JMG director-general Hisamuddin Termidi denied news reports, claiming that the slope, located at the Batang Kali-Genting Highlands road, was listed among the identified critical locations and that JMG listed Batang Kali as a critical location.
