Batang Kali landslide: Govt hands over donation to two families of victims

Donations totaling RM80,000 were handed over to two families of eight victims in Melaka who were killed in the Batang Kali landslide in Selangor.

Prime Minister’s senior political secretary Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin presented the donations in Kampung Machap Baru in Alor Gajah on Sunday (Dec 25), adding that the Prime Minister also expressed his deep gratitude to the entire search and rescue team (SAR) who worked tirelessly in search of the landslide victims.
