Barring the prime minister from holding the finance ministry portfolio should take precedence over imposing a two-term limit, says Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.

Speaking during the Dewan Rakyat debate on the royal address on Tuesday (Jan 20), Hamzah emphasised the need for a “separation of powers” between the two key portfolios.
