The understanding Barisan Nasional and Perikatan Nasional have for the Negri Sembilan election is not a merger of the two coalitions, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong at a press conference in Seremban after the nomination of the candidates for the election on Saturday (July 18).
