Barge hits sailboat in Florida, killing two children

Two children were killed and a third was left unresponsive after a barge struck a sailboat off the coast of Miami on July 28.

The collision occurred near Hibiscus Island around 11.15am involving the summer camp sailboat belonging to the Miami Yacht Club.
