Barber shop owner expresses relief over reopening, hairdresser says she will wait

Barber shop owner T. Rajan says he is relieved that he can reopen his shop after being closed for more than two months.

On the other hand, hair saloon operator, Kelly Shiyoke Chan says it is too risky as the daily number of Covid-19 cases was still high in Selangor.

On August 16, the government lifted restrictions on 11 types of businesses, which included barbers and hair salons, in states under Phase One of the National Recovery Plan.
