The Court of Appeal has allowed the Malaysian Bar’s appeal in its legal challenge against the prosecution’s decision to apply a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) in Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s Yayasan Akalbudi graft case.
