Azmin admits CEP report is not a matter of national security

Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali admits that the Council of Eminent Persons' (CEP) 100-day report is not a matter of national security.

Azmin said it was purely recommendations by the CEP to Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on how to move forward with all these challenges.

Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mohamed Hanipa Maidin's had announced on Thursday that the CEP report would not be made public and was classified under the Official Secrets Act (OSA).
