ATMs to operate from 8am to 8pm during MCO

In efforts to avoid Malaysians from using the excuse of “withdrawing money” to go out at night, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob announced that all automated teller machines (ATM) in the country are to operate from 8am to 8pm during the movement control order (MCO).

He said this would reduce the number Malaysians going out at night, during a press conference on Sunday.
