Anwar’s broken promise triggered PKR congress exodus, claims Azmin

PKR Deputy President Datuk Seri Azmin Ali has accused party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim of breaching their ceasefire agreement, saying that they had initially agreed not to attack one another in the party congress.

At a press conference on Saturday afternoon, Azmin said Anwar's keynote address during the congress earlier touched about traitors during the Melaka Sultanate, which had paved the way for the debaters to attack him.

When asked about delegates leaving the congress earlier, Azwin said he wouldn't describe those leaving as a walkout or boycott.
