Anwar: I’m ready to speak to the cops

Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Wednesday said he is ready to give his statement to the police in connection to a sexual misconduct allegation.

The PKR president also thanked the police for expediting their investigation into the accusations made against him by his former staff, Muhammed Yusoff Rawther.

The case is being investigated under Section 354 of the Penal Code (assault or use of criminal force to a person with intent to outrage modesty).
