Ketereh MP and Umno secretary-general Tan Sri Annuar Musa slammed the Pakatan Harapan-led government during the Dewan Rakyat session on Tuesday, asking why was the Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) formed before the Cabinet, and that the CEP was seemingly more powerful than Cabinet ministers.
