‘Angry Muslim father’ explains why he created online petition

Umran Kadir, the 40-year-old Malaysian father who started an online petition asking for child marriages to be outlawed, explains what prompted him to take action, and why he wrote a letter to the Deputy Prime Minister.
The petition has received more than 23,000 signatures so far.
