Aminuddin takes responsibility for PKR's performance during Negri state polls

Former Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun has apologised to PKR members over the party’s defeat in the recent state election, saying he takes full responsibility for the outcome.

Speaking during his winding-up speech at the 2026 PKR National Congress on Sunday (Aug 16), the PKR vice-president said he would accept whatever decision the party leadership makes on his future role.

Aminuddin also addressed calls from six Negri Sembilan PKR division chiefs who urged the party to review his position as state leadership council chairman following the election defeat.
