American denies causing the death of a Malaysian during a brawl at an entertainment outlet

A technician from the United States pleaded not guilty at the Petaling Jaya Sessions Court on Tuesday (April 2) to a charge of causing the death of a local man at an entertainment outlet last month.

30-year-old Thomas Joseph has been accused of causing the death of 58-year-old K. Chandra Bose resulting from injuries sustained by the victim at 12.30 am on March 23.
