The Alor Setar Prison in Kedah is now under a targeted enhanced movement control order (MCO) due to the recent spike of Covid-19 cases.

In a statement on Sunday (Oct 4), Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the targeted enhanced MCO will be in effect for 14 days from 12.01am on Monday (Oct 5).
