Cosmetics entrepreneur Datuk Seri Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman was charged at the Sessions Court in Sepang on Thursday (Oct 13) with four counts of uploading offensive content on his Instagram account, relating to his controversial music video titled "Kelepok Raya".
