AKPS Director-General Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain thanked the public for their prayers and text messages, saying they gave him strength and confidence in facing his case.

He spoke outside the Sepang court on Wednesday, ahead of his trial.

He faces two charges under Section 323 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt to two police personnel at KLIA on Sept 28.
