Ahmad Faizal: I will lead Perak caretaker govt until new Mentri Besar is chosen

Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu will lead the Perak state caretaker government until a decision has been made by Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzudin Shah.

The Chenderiang assemblyman told reporters that after having an audience with the Perak Ruler Friday afternoon, adding that Sultan Nazrin will have several audiences before making a decision to choose an assemblyman with the most majority as the new Mentri Besar.

Ahmad Faizal added that allies in Perikatan Nasional need to reconcile and find a way to form a new state government.
