AGC to scrutinise all evidence before deciding on action in Shuhaily case

The Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) will examine all aspects of the investigation into Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain before deciding whether further action should be taken.

Attorney General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar said this would include witness statements, CCTV footage and other relevant facts connected to the case.
