AGC still deliberating Insp Sheila's representation to drop charge

The Attorney General's Chambers is still deliberating the representation filed by police officer Inspector Sheila to dismiss a public nuisance charge filed against her in November last year.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Hamizah Hisan told Magistrate Illi Marisqa Khalizan on Wednesday (March 20) that the representation submitted by the officer, 36-year-old Sheila Sharon Steven Kumar was still under review by the Attorney General's Chambers and requested trial dates to be set in the meantime.
