AGC not appealing against High Court ruling to return luxury items to Najib and wife

The Attorney-General’s Chambers on Wednesday confirmed that it is not appealing against the High Court’s ruling on the return of RM80mil worth of jewellery, watches and designer bags to Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his wife.

Attorney General Tan Sri Idrus Harun told Bernama that they agreed with the court’s decision.
