AG discusses legal frameworks with AKPS, aims to close loopholes in law

While existing laws are sufficient, the government will study better ways to implement them to ensure the Malaysian Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) can operate more efficiently, says Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar.
Speaking after a working visit to Port Klang on Monday (Feb 9), he said discussions with AKPS focused on improving the legal framework and strengthening ongoing enforcement efforts, particularly against e-waste activities.
