Hunza Group of Companies founder Datuk Seri Khor Teng Tong is the epitome of a small-town boy who achieved great success.

One of Penang's most prominent figures in real estate and property development, he celebrated his 82nd birthday on Nov 12 at Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Bayan Lepas, attended by some 1,500 guests from across the country.
