92 drugs drop points found along Sg Golok, says Deputy IGP

The Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department (NCID) has detected 92 illegal points for drugs along Sungai Golok in Kelantan, said Datuk Razarudin Husain.

The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said that on Thursday (Dec 30), adding that the syndicates prefer Sungai Golok to bring in drug shipments as 40m separates the borders of Thailand and Malaysia, as compares to more risks at sea given diligent patrols by various agencies including the Marine Police and the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA).
