90% of road complaints resolved, Dewan Rakyat told

About 90% of complaints on roads submitted via the MyJalan application between August 2023 and January this year have been resolved, says Deputy Works Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan.
He told the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Feb 23) that under a “no wrong door” policy, all complaints are accepted and forwarded to the relevant authorities to ensure issues are addressed.
Ahmad added that federal road upkeep includes routine works such as pothole repairs and drainage maintenance, as well as periodic upgrades, all monitored by the Public Works Department.
