Time's ticking for watch reseller as 20 victims lose millions

At least 20 individuals have reportedly lost over RM15mil in luxury watches after entrusting them to a reseller who failed to return the proceeds from alleged sales.
During a press conference on Thursday (May 15), MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong said the woman, who operated the shop on a commission basis, began giving excuses—including delayed payments and mental health issues—before closing her shop in March.
