Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim reaffirmed the government’s firm commitment to combating corruption and abuse of power, vowing that no one—regardless of political affiliation or former leadership status—will be above the law.
Speaking at the closing of the Madani Rakyat programme at Lumut Waterfront on Sunday (June 15), Anwar stressed that his administration would not interfere with investigations or arrests by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), provided the individuals involved are genuinely guilty of misconduct.
