French man's Langkawi drug trial stalled

A 34-year-old French man went on trial in the Alor Setar High Court on Monday (June 16) for drug possession and trafficking.
Tom Felix was set to open a restaurant on the island of Langkawi when he was arrested in early August 2023.
However, his lawyer Collin Andrew told AFP that the case had been adjourned because "there were some items the first witness had not brought to court today".
