A plane trailing a banner that read “Welcome to Qatar-a-Lago” flew repeatedly over US President Donald Trump’s private Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, on May 14 in a stunt funded by the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in response to Trump's acceptance of a Qatari government's gift of a Boeing 747-8 luxury jet, intended for presidential use.
