Uber not criminally liable in fatal self-driving crash, says US attorney

The Yavapai County Attorney's Office has determined there is no basis for criminal liability for Uber in last year's fatal crash involving a self-driving vehicle in the Phoenix suburb of Tempe in the United States.

The office agreed to review the incident and to return the case to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
