Two areas in Ipoh placed under enhanced MCO

Two localities, Zone B and Zone C in Taman Meru 2C, Ipoh will be placed under enhanced movement control order starting Friday (Nov 20) until December 3, following a spike in Covid-19 cases in the area.

During a briefing on Wednesday, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the decision was made after 76 positive cases were detected.

The lockdown will involve a total of 2,288 residents and 572 houses in the two localities.
