Tokyo Games village safe, Covid-19 cases to be expected, says official

Tokyo Olympics organisers said they have expected to see positive Covid-19 cases before the Games begin and when it is underway.

Tokyo 2020 leading health adviser Brian McCloskey, however, assured that the Athletes’ Village and other facilities are safe, saying that he is pleased with how anti-Covid-19 measures that are in place.
