Seberang Prai now officially a city

It was a historical day for the people in Seberang Perai as the municipality attained city status on Malaysia Day.

First ever Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) mayor Datuk Rozali Mohamud announced five incentives as an appreciation to the people of Seberang Prai who were instrumental in the elevation.
