Sirocco Hospitality Group chief Datin Lea Chan opened a new hotel at the Heritage Row in Kuala Lumpur where she commissioned Sabahan graffiti artist, Kenji Chai, to paint Malaysia’s tallest mural, certified by the Malaysia Book of Records.
