Rahman Dahlan: Federal, Peninsular should share the burden when PSS rolls out

Umno supreme council member Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan said the Federal Government should absorb some of the Sabah Temporary Pass (PSS) holders and share the burden with Sabah if these passes are issued.

Rahman was commenting on Home Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's statement that holders of PSS, which is expected to be implemented in June this year, would have limited movement only within Sabah.

The Umno man also lambasted Deputy Home Minister Datuk Azis Jamman for claiming only 136,055 eligible immigrants would be issued with PSS as it was already announced the numbers would be as high as 600,000, if families are included.
