PM: Some ex-Utusan staff will be rehired by new management

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on Thursday said some Utusan Melayu Sdn Bhd employees under the previous management will be rehired by the “new Utusan”.

862 employees of the Utusan media group were left in the lurch on Wednesday after the company folded, with neither a termination letter nor a job offer.
