Panties stealer in Penang reprimanded for his act

A 41-year-old man was caught on camera stealing panties from his neighbour’s house compound in Taman Sukun, Bukit Mertajam, Penang on Monday.

However, after knowing that the man has mental problems and other disabled family members, the neighbour decided not to pursue the matter but told the police to issue a warning to the man instead.
