One-week remand extension for mom of siblings implicated in maid's murder

The Bukit Mertajam magistrate’s court on Monday extended the remand of the 60-year-old mother of two siblings who allegedly abused their Indonesian maid to death until Feb 26. Adelina Lisao died on Feb 11 while receiving treatment in a hospital, a day after she was rescued from a home where she was made to sleep on the porch with a Rottweiler.
