One or two cases of human error should not tarnish frontliners’ hard work, says Khairy

National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister Khairy Jamaluddin on Friday (July 23) said most of the 13 police reports received over empty vaccination doses were false and inconclusive.

On the incident that occurred in Sungai Petani, he said the nurse involved had admitted to negligence due to exhaustion.

Khairy also stressed that the one or two cases should not tarnish the hard work and tireless efforts being put in by the frontliners to implement the vaccination programme.
