Senior lawyer Tan Sri Dr Muhammad Shafee Abdullah told a press conference at the Duta Court Complex on Thursday that a High Court judge would be better suited to preside over his case given that it is a “fix up’. He also accused Attorney-General’s special officer Siti Rahayu Mohd Mumazaini of lying in her affidavit over the RM9.5mil payment he received from ex-premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
