MRT lift assailant remanded for seven days

Police have obtained a seven-day remand order on a 26-year-old man who allegedly attacked and robbed a woman at the Taman Mutiara MRT station in Cheras on Valentine’s Day. The suspect is being held under Section 394 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt in committing a robbery.
