Momota leaves for Tokyo after road accident

Japan's world No. 1 badminton men's singles player Kento Momota, Japan national team assistant coach Yu Hirayama and physiologist Arkifuki Morimoto caught a morning flight at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport back to Tokyo on Wednesday.

They had met with a car accident that killed their van driver on Monday after the Malaysian Masters.
