Man remanded six days for wife's murder

The George Town magistrate’s court on Wednesday ordered a six-day remand for a 62-year-old former Malaysian with US citizenship to assist in the investigation into his wife's murder following an argument at a house in Island Glades.

The 60-year-old victim, Chin Geok Heong, also a US citizen, is believed to have been smothered to death.
