Mahathir: Le Tour de Langkawi returns to Langkawi

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said Langkawi will be hosting the two final stages of the Le Tour de Langkawi race after a few years of being excluded from the race route.

This year’s Le Tour de Langkawi cycling race will flag off Jalan Ampang, in front of KLCC.

Various stages of the race will include a Ulu Yam to Batang Kali and the summit of Genting Highlands, with the final race in Langkawi.

A total of 132 riders from 22 teams are participating in the 24th edition of the race.
