After visiting residents who are affected by the toxic waste pollution woes in Pasir Gudang on Saturday night, Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Osman Sapian told reporters that he did not want to comment on news that he had gone to Batam to promote tourism.

He added that the clean-up work in Sungai Kim Kim where the waste was dumped would be completed in the next two days.
