Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali claimed that the meet up with 22 Barisan and PKR MPs on Monday (Nov 18), was just a normal meeting, and nothing extraordinary.

Asked on the nature of the meeting, he said such meetings were merely said to get the feedback from the ground on how the government was performing.

When asked if he will attend the PKR political bureau meeting on Wednesday (Nov 20), the PKR deputy president said he will attend if he is free and has no other official duties.

It was reported that Azmin Ali had met with 22 Umno MPs, including Hishammuddin, at the minister's house in Putrajaya late Monday night.
