Indonesian court jails British woman for slapping immigration officer

An Indonesian court on Feb 6 sentenced a British woman to six months in jail for slapping an immigration officer at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali after a heated argument over a fine for overstaying her visa.

Auj-E Taqaddas, 42, was found guilty of violence against an officer carrying out his duty.
