Govt to follow up on King's statement based on Federal Constitution, says PMO

The statement made by Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah on June 16 has been noted and will be followed up by the government, says the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).

With regard to the King’s views concerning the resumption of the Parliamentary proceedings, the PMO said the government will follow up with actions based on the Federal Constitution and the laws of the country.
